Commercial locksmith in Santa Pola, around your opening hours

A shutter that will not lift on a Saturday morning, a glass door whose lock has gone, a back door nobody trusts since a member of staff left. Worked around your opening hours, not the other way round.

Open 24 hours · 7 days

  • Before opening or after closing
  • Several doors on one key
  • Price agreed before work

For business owners: locked out of your own premises is a call-out at any hour. Everything else, from new cylinders to a shutter lock, is booked at a time that keeps your doors open to customers.

The trade here

A town that lives from the season and the sea

Services account for four jobs in five in Santa Pola, and of its roughly 2,360 businesses, more than 900 are in trade, transport and hospitality, with 187 restaurants among them. Many work flat out from June to September and shut or slow down in winter.

That cycle shows in the locks. Shutters and padlocks that sat all winter facing the sea seize; a bar with seasonal staff hands out keys every spring; the shops round the port open early and the terraces on the Paseo close late. The work fits in between. What to check before reopening after the winter.

What we work on

The locks of business premises

  • Roller shutters: shutter locks, padlocks and the brackets they hang on, opened when they seize and replaced with ones better suited to sea air.
  • Glass and aluminium shop doors: the narrow-stile locks and floor bolts of shopfronts.
  • Back doors and storerooms, often the weakest point of a bar or a restaurant.
  • Offices: cylinders keyed alike across several doors, and office doors with a lock of their own.
  • Safes for the day’s takings that will not open or need fixing down: safe opening and fitting.

New cylinders on the front of the premises follow the same rules as any lock change. If the premises have been broken into, start with making the door secure again.

Getting to you

Working in the centre in summer

From June to mid-September, the streets round the Glorieta are closed to traffic every evening from six, and all day on Sundays and holidays. For work in a shop or bar in that area, mornings are easier for the van; at night the locksmith walks in from the edge of the closed streets. Tell us where you are when you get in touch.

Asked on the phone

Premises, shutters and staff keys

Could you come before we open in the morning, or once we have closed?

Yes. Planned work on business premises is arranged around your hours, early in the morning or once the last table has gone, so you do not lose a service.

The padlock on the shutter will not open and we open in an hour.

Ring straight away: a premises you cannot open counts as a call-out, at any hour. The padlock or the shutter lock is opened and replaced so you can lock up tonight.

A member of staff has left with a set of keys. Do we need new locks?

New cylinders, not new locks. Front door, back door and shutter can be keyed alike so the team carries one key, and only the people you choose have one.

Do you install alarms or cameras?

No. The work is mechanical: locks, cylinders, shutters, safes and doors. For alarms and cameras you need an authorised security installer.
