# Who comes out when you ring

## How the work is done

- **On the door**, opening through the lock comes first. Drilling only when there is no other way, and only with your agreement.
- **Before opening**, you are asked to show you live there or may go in. It protects you as much as anyone.
- **At the end**, you pay by cash, card or Bizum, once you have checked the door works.

## Jobs we turn down on the phone

Some calls are better turned down on the phone than met with a wasted trip. None of the following is offered:

- Cutting, copying or duplicating keys of any kind
- Spare keys for homes, gates, garages, mailboxes or padlocks
- Car keys: no cutting, supplying, replacing or programming
- Transponder chips and vehicle remote controls
- Ignition barrels and ignition switches
- Keys for motorbikes, scooters or vans
